John Tucker

ADVISOR

John Tucker is currently the Dean of Enrollment Management and Financial Aid at St. James School in Hagerstown, Maryland. Inducted into the USA Hall of Fame in 2016 as truly great player, John earned All-America honors as a midfielder in college, won three world championships as a member of Team USA in 1986, 1990 and 1994, served as captain of the U.S. Team in 1990 and 1994, named to the All-World Team in both 1986 and 1990, and selected as the Most Outstanding Midfielder in 1990.

As a professional, John played seven indoor seasons with the Philadelphia Wings, winning championships in 1989 and 1990, and being named league MVP in 1987 and 1989. John was inducted into the National Lacrosse League’s Hall of Fame in 2010.

John also has a decorated coaching career, capturing four Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association titles – three at Gilman and one at Loyola. He also is a two-time professional coach of the year in the National Lacrosse League.


Troy Kemp

ADVISOR

Troy Kemp is a passionate, award-winning educator, Hall of Fame lacrosse coach, speaker and transformational leader. Mr. Kemp was raised as one of 6 children, in a single parent,  migrant worker’s home in Riverhead, NY. The former collegiate football player’s education includes earning a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Colgate University and a master’s degree in independent school leadership from Vanderbilt’s Peabody College.

As a former lacrosse coach at McCallie School (TN) and director at the Brine National Lacrosse Classic, Mr. Kemp was instrumental in helping thousands of student-athletes achieve their goal of playing lacrosse at the collegiate level.

In 2019, Troy joined the staff of the Ron Clark Academy (RCA), in South Atlanta. At RCA, Troy serves as Director of Strategic initiatives and Partnerships and an educator trainer during its professional development events.
